Return Policy
We hope that you love all of your purchases from Unbranded Cowgirl. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
If you purchase a pre-order item there won’t be any refunds or cancellations before the item is shipped to you.
Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
Return Instructions
Email shoptheunbrandedcowgirl.co@gmail.com before sending back your return to make sure it’s eligible.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shoptheunbrandedcowgirl.co@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage. If we do process a refund the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
